Fee

Depending on the type of event and the amount of travel, David's speaking fees are generally as follows:
Minneapolis metro: $750 -- $2500.
Outside Minnesota: $2500 -- $5000.

Fees do not include expenses such as travel, hotel, and food.
A 50% refundable down payment is required for out-of-state events.

 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

Q: How do I book David for my event?
A: Email him with the following details of your event: location, potential dates and times, audience demographic and size, desired message and length, and your contact information. He will call or email you back.

Q: Where can I get promotional and introductory information about David for my event?
A: David will email you pictures for fliers and you can take bio information off this website. He can also bring a five-minute intro tennis highlight DVD that can be played before he speaks.

Q: What does our event need to provide?
A: Podium, wireless lapel microphone (preferrable), PowerPoint projector and screen, DVD capability, and table for post-event book signing. David can bring his own laptop computer or bring a USB flash drive for use on your computer to run PowerPoint.

Q: What is a typical schedule for David's speaking events?
A: A short intro by emcee followed by David's five-minute highlight DVD followed by David speaking followed by question and answer time followed by book signing. If a meal is involved, it's best to give audience a five-minute break before speaking begins.
